Milan is known as one of the world’s most fashionable cities especially with the top brands of Versace and Armani being based there. There are a number of fashion exhibitions, the leading one being Milan Fashion week which occurs every February.

The city is also popular for rich history, art and culture which become highlighted through grand landmarks, museums and art galleries. One of the most popular attractions that tourists are drawn by are the major displayed works of Leonardo da Vinci.

The most inspiring landmarks are the Duomo di Milano, a massive gothic cathedral; The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, a high-end shopping arena; The Sforzesco Castle, a medieval fortress; and Teatro alla Scala, an opera house delivering Italian classics.
