 Terms & Conditions  

  1. Tickets can be bought from the Gulf Air website with payment by credit- or debit card. Cards accepted at the time of purchase are clearly stated on the Gulf Air online booking pages. Gulf Air reserves theright to refuse any such credit or debit card for payment at any time for whatever reason. If the card holder is part of the traveling party, the card used for payment shall be presented whenever requested. If the card holder is not part of the travelling party, Gulf Air reserves the right to ask the card holder or traveler to provide supplementary data at a Gulf Air office, including the card used for the purchase, together with proof of identification, for acceptance of the amount charged. Gulf Air also reserves the right to refuse transportation, cancel and void tickets and to request additional payments, at any time, in the event that the payment which the card is submitted in support of is not validated.
  2. Credit card details are held in a secured environment and transferred through an internationally accepted system.
  3. Credit card will be charged with the amount and currency as per the itinerary clearly stated and accepted by the customer. Gulf Air is not responsible for additional charges that may occur outside of Gulf Air’s control such as Credit or Debit Card fees, exchange rates, additional airport taxes and fees, etc. 
  4. All tickets have detailed fare rules that should be read and must be accepted by every customer buying a ticket on the Gulf Air website. Those rules regulate the validity of tickets, terms for possible changes to travel dates, possible refund charges and any other restriction a ticket may have.  
  5. Online bookings can currently be made for travel on Gulf Air operated flights and Gulf Air code-share flights operated by a partner airline. Not all points of departure or arrival (combination of journeys) are yet open for online sales. Gulf Air will only issue electronic tickets (e-tickets) for online purchases and the ticket number is clearly stated on the e-ticket and Itinerary Receipt presented and sent to the customer. In times when ticketing cannot be done instantly, the customer will be sent the Itinerary Receipt as soon as e-tickets have been issued. You are required to present this Itinerary Receipt to gain access to the airport and facilitate the check-in process.  
  6. Gulf Air operates all flights with Falcon Gold (Business Class) and Economy Class services. All fares may have a limited number of seats assigned to them and may be subject to certain conditions which Gulf Air reserves the right to change without notice.
  7. For enquiries please call the Gulf Air Contact Centre. Alternatively contact your nearest Gulf Air ticket office. Detalis of Gulf Air ticket offices are avaiable.
  8. For any possible changes to travel dates, refunds, re-issuance of replacement tickets or any other enquiries regarding online bookings, please contact the Gulf Air Contact Centre or the nearest Gulf Air ticket office. Please note that changes, refunds and re-insurance of each ticket is subject to detailed fare rules applicable to that ticket. Changes, refunds and re-insurance of tickets may not always be possible.
  9. Refunds or partial refunds will be processed as far as the rules of the purchased fare allow for such refund. For non-refundable tickets, only airport and government taxes may be refunded. Fuel surcharges, security charges and service fees or any other charges (YQ/YS/DV/Q charges etc.) are non-refundable. An administrative refund charge of BHD10/USD30 or equivalent in other currencies is applicable for any refund of any ticket. This is in addition to any refund charges as stipulated in the detailed fare rules. Please allow up to 1 month for refunds to be processed. 
  10. Refunds will only be considered if the unused coupons are surrendered within 6 months after the expiry date of their validity. 
  11. Travel insurance is administered in the UK by Mondial Assistance (UK) Limited, 102 George Street, Croydon, CR9 1AJ. The contract is subject to terms and conditions, which are accessible during the booking process. You can contact Mondial at insurance@mondial-assistance.co.uk.
  12. Unless agreed otherwise, for travel insurance, English law will apply and all communications and documentation in relation to this policy will be in English. In the event of a dispute concerning this policy, English law will apply and the English courts shall have exclusive "jurisdiction.
  13. Gulf Air reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this policy without further notice and at any time.
