Terms and Conditions

1. Fares are available for sale until 20 May 2008.
   
2. Outbound travel is permitted until 30 November 2008. Fares quoted are for travel in Economy and Business Class. Fares quoted are based on seat availability at the time of booking.
   
3. Travel to be completed on 5 December 2008.
   
4. All bookings must be confirmed at the time of ticketing. All bookings must be made at least 24 hours before departure. Applicable taxes/insurance/other charges will be collected at the time of ticketing.
   
5. Valid on Gulf Air only. Flights from London to Dubai and Mumbai should be on GF006 or GF008 only.
   
6. Minimum stay: 3 days.
   
7. Maximum stay: 6 months.
   
8. Stopovers: Not permitted.
   
9. Blackout dates: Not applicable
   
10. Changes: Any time charge GBP50.00
    
11. Cancellation/refunds:
    Before departure :permitted at a charge of GBP 100
    After Departure: Not permitted.
    
12. Taxes are included in the advertised web fare.
    
13. If your ticket comprises of more than one fare type, then the most restrictive fare rule and terms and conditions apply to the whole ticket. Please ensure you check the fare rule information for each of the legs/sectors of your journey.
    
14. Child fare: Children 2-11 years inclusive pay 100% of the applicable adult fare.
