Whether you are about to enrol in our Frequent flyer programme or have been a member for many years, it always pays to know just how much membership offers.

In this section you’ll find an overview of the membership Tiers (Gold, Silver and Blue) and the significant benefits you receive each time you move up to a higher level. You can also read comprehensive Arabic and English language Guides to the whole programme.

If your membership application is currently being processed, you can use a Temporary Card to keep earning miles and loyalty points in the meantime. You can also use this if you lose or misplace your membership card. Simply order a Replacement Card and we’ll dispatch it to you as soon as we can. These two services can only been accessed through the member area of the website, by logging in on the above toolbar.

To keep you up-to-speed with all the latest promotions and partner developments, we publish a regular online Update Newsletter. This is invaluable in helping you to make the most of your membership and earn the maximum number of miles for your account.

You can also nominate up to eight family members to earn miles on your behalf when they fly with us. They’ll receive 70% of the miles that you would for each qualifying flight, provided that they quote their membership number when booking and show their membership card at check-in.
