Claiming your free flights
Confirm that you have the necessary number of miles required for your intended trip. Contact your local Gulf Air office or the Gulf Air Call Centre directly.
Identify yourself as a Gulf Air Frequent flyer to the reservations staff, who will be able to give you instant answers on seat availability. Please bear in mind that we aim to make your choice as wide as possible but there are times of the year, especially busy holiday periods, when the availability of free flights will be severely restricted.
Select the flights you want to book and a reservation will be made for you. Please make a note of your flight record locator (PNR) and ticketing time limit which will be advised to you.
Complete the Redemption Invoice Form (available in the secure section of the FFP website).
Then print, sign and date the Redemption Invoice Form. You can mail or take it to your local Gulf Air office and either personally collect your ticket or have it emailed to you at the address you have indicated on the form. Please note that a form of photo identification will need to be provided for personally collected tickets. Additionally you can also make credit card payments over the phone. However this is only applicable for tickets originating in Bahrain, Dublin, Kuwait, London, Muscat, the UAE and USA. For more information your nearest Gulf Air office
