In this final Update Newsletter for 2008 from Gulf Air's Frequent flyer programme, we wish you and your family Eid Mubarak.
We also wish to thank you once again for the invaluable feedback we received from you in the IATA Frequent flyer survey. It has been very useful in providing insights into what works in the programme, as well as areas you recommend for improvement. So once again, thank you for taking the time to share your opinions with us.
Lastly, we have an important reminder for you. We request you to update your contact details if you haven’t already done so, to ensure we have your latest email address and phone number in our database. These contact details are important for us to get in touch with you in case of any change in flight schedules or your bookings. We would appreciate if you could also supply us with a contact number at your destination when you are travelling as well as update your residential address, as from time to time we send you invitations for special events to this address.
