There are no flights available for any of the dates I am selecting. Why is this?
A:
In most cases the flights may be full. Please check different dates and if our system still does not offer you any flights on any of the dates, please contact us.

Why am I unable to buy tickets from some destinations in Africa?
A:
Unfortunately, for the short term, we do not offer bookings from these destinations but we will be adding these in the near future. In the meantime, please contact our Call Centre or visit your nearest Gulf Air office to make a booking.

I am trying to buy a ticket more than one year ahead of time but am unable to select a day. Why?
A:
We are only able to sell tickets 11 months in advance. This is common airline practice.

Is there a limit to the number of people I can buy tickets for online?

We currently accept bookings online for up to 7 people at one time.

How soon before I fly can I buy a ticket online?
A:
Tickets can be purchased up until just 23 hours before a flight.

Is it possible to be waitlisted for online bookings?

No, we do not have a waitlist option.

Do I have to enter my details every time I buy a ticket online?

We are working on an option where you will be able to sign in easily, but currently you must enter your details each time you purchase a ticket online.

When do I receive my tickets?

Electronic tickets are sent as soon as you purchase your ticket and will be sent to the e-mail address you provide.

Where can I get an explanation of the fare rules?

Fare rules are clearly indicated in the “Review Details” page of the booking process. Make sure that you also click on the “Detailed” fare rules link.

Can my parents/ spouse purchase a ticket for me even if they are not travelling with me?
I did not print my itinerary and I deleted the email, what do I do?

If you have your booking reference/ record locator you can retrieve your itinerary/e-ticket receipt by visiting the "My Bookings" section on the Gulf Air website. If, however, you do not know your record locator, please contact our Call Centre or visit your nearest Gulf Air office and provide your name, travel dates and details.

Why are there different prices for the same cabin?

There are different fare rules for different prices. Higher fares also come with greater flexibility in terms of ticket cancellation and date change policies.

How can I get the best deals on flights?

Special offers are regularly available on www.gulfair.com so make sure you visit the website frequently. Please note that low fares are subject to availability and it is advisable to book early.
