In-seat telephones
Available for all passengers on A330 and A340 aircraft, personal telephones are located on the reverse side of your handset - wall-mounted telephones are also available on some of our A340s. Please note that calls cannot be made during taxi, take-off and landing.
PC power (Available on A330 and most A340 aircraft)
Passengers in the Falcon Gold cabin can use the in-seat power system - at 110V/60Hz voltage - once the 'fasten seat belt' sign has been turned off. All outlets should be disconnected during take-off and landing.
Currently available on all A330 aircraft, this service is being progressively being rolled out across the A340 fleet.
