You can also access internet on board through our Inflight Falcon Entertainment portal on the seat, book your flights, check duty free, reserve hotels, rent cars, and use voice over internet.
- Your smart phone and laptop must be turned off during take-off and landing till cabin crew announcement.
- Using the service is easy. Simply switch your smart phone or laptop on, enable WIFI on your device and launch the web browser.
- You will be directed to the Inflight Falcon Entertainment portal where you can proceed with paid internet service and log into a secured Duetsche Telekom HotSpots page.
- To login to Duetsche Telekom HotSpots page, you have to sign up by entering your full name, email address and valid credit card details. You can also enter Deutsche Telekom username and password if you are a member.
- You can charge your phone and notebook using the power point under your seat.
- To utilize VOIP service to call Mobile Number, a hotspot chargeable access and a Skype credit is required.
- If you buy a voucher on the aircraft you can continue using it on a connecting flight, provided the aircraft has been specially fitted with this service.
