Our World Wide Contact Center offers convenient facilities. You can book your ticket and pay through your credit card (Visa, Master or American Express) or get a time limit to pay later. Or if you have an existing booking, our call centre helps you upgrade your class, change your flight date, reroute your flight or request special services like wheelchair, meet and assist, seat assignment and special meal or even cancel the booking. You can also update your booking profile details like Falconflyer Programme number, telephone numbers, email address and travel documents info.
We have assigned a special line for our Falconflyer Programme members. FFP members can redeem miles for new bookings or upgrade an existing booking from Economy to Falcon Gold. Members can even create a new booking on Gulf Air partner airlines! Issues like claiming missing miles or resetting your Falconflyer Programme password can also be addressed by our dedicated agents.
