It is advisable to make any redemption bookings as early as possible to ensure you have a greater chance of booking a seat on the flight of your choice. Obviously during holidays and busy periods, these seats are highly sought after and the choice may not be as wide as normal.
Also, leaving redemption reservations to the last minute may result in late booking charges for some of our members.
- Redemption tickets are for a fixed flight and are not re-routable or endorsable. Open status tickets are not permitted.
- There is no limit to the number of changes a Falconflyer can make to their bookings. However, the specified fee applies to each change.
- Free flight bookings that are not cancelled in accordance with the specified time limits will result in the full forfeiture of the redeemed miles for Blue members.
- Effective 01/04/2013, we have implemented additional “No Show” rule on redemption tickets exclusively for Silver and Gold members.
- Our Sleeper Seat service is available for our long haul flight between Bahrain and Bangkok, Frankfurt, London, Paris, and a number of regional routes on ad-hoc basis. However, on the aircraft A 330-200 [1], this service may only be available for Falcon Gold Freedom (J Class- full fare) passengers. And due to operational reasons the aircraft operating on these routes may change at any time without notice.
* Silver and Gold members are allowed to rebook and reissue the redemption ticket in case of a flight no show provided they pay a service fee for the rebooking:

Cancellation of redemption tickets:
All cancellations must be made prior to travel. On cancellation of a redemption booking and subject to the following service charges being collected, the miles will be credited back to the member’s account and taxes and surcharges will be refunded, less the charges. Miles will be refunded within 72 hours.
