Now you can redeem your miles and upgrade to Falcon Gold at least two hours before departure. You can avail this facility either for yourself or pre-nominated family members travelling with you.
If you have enough miles for your preferred destination and wish to be upgraded to Falcon Gold, all you have to do is present your valid Falconflyer membership card at least two hours before departure to our staff at the check-in counter.
Upgrade requests are valid only on Gulf Air flights and are subject to seat and meal availability. Please note that this facility is not applicable for any code share flights. ‘Top-up’ by cash payments are not permitted.
