3.1. Relax at our premium lounges in Bahrain & Dubai
As a privileged Frequent flyer member, we are delighted to bring you a very special offer. Now you can purchase access to our premium lounge at Bahrain International Airport and from 17 January 2010 to our premium lounge at Dubai International Airport when you fly with Gulf Air.
Blue members can purchase lounge access for themselves and accompanying family or friends, and can enjoy complimentary lounge access when flying First or Business Class. Silver members enjoy complimentary lounge access for themselves, and can purchase access for accompanying family and friends, while Gold members enjoy complimentary access for themselves and one guest, and can purchase access for any additional guests accompanying them.
You can purchase access to our Bahrain lounge for just BD 15 or 3,000 Frequent flyer miles, and to our Dubai lounge for AED 150 or 3,000 miles.
The Gulf Air lounge in Bahrain offers you personalised service in a contemporary setting, from food and beverages to a warm, welcoming ambience and state-of-the-art business facilities, while our premium lounge at Dubai International Airport located next to gate 124 boasts convenient business facilities, shower cubicles and a delicious buffet.
To ensure your comfort and that of all our regular lounge guests, there may be certain times when we simply cannot offer this, but we will do everything we can to ensure you feel at home when you fly Gulf Air.
3.2. Relax at London Heathrow
Now you can enjoy the privileges of Frequent flyer membership when you fly with Gulf Air to London Heathrow Airport. Silver and Gold members can relax in the Sky Team premium lounge opposite Gate 10 at Terminal 4, and Blue members can also enjoy the comforts of the lounge when flying Business or First Class.
It is important to note that mileage upgrade requests at London Heathrow must be made at the ticketing desk, and not in the Sky Team lounge.
3.3. Life of miles
We take this opportunity to remind you of an important update regarding your Frequent flyer miles. Effective 1 January 2010, the life span of your miles will be 3 years. This means that every Frequent flyer mile you earn from 1 January 2010 onwards will be valid for three years.
However, your miles earned prior to 1 January 2010 will still be valid for ten years.
3.4. 2010 FORMULA 1 GULF AIR BAHRAIN GRAND PRIX
2010 is a landmark year for Formula 1™ and Gulf Air, both celebrating 60 years in motor sport and aviation. This anniversary marks six decades in our respective areas of expertise, bringing us full circle to the 2010 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix.
In celebration of this milestone, Gulf Air Frequent flyer members can experience the excitement of the first race of the motor racing season, the 2010 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix with a fantastic 15% discount on all Grandstand tickets!
You can buy a maximum of two discounted Grandstand tickets per member with this offer, while no discount is applicable to the Gulf Air Club.

- Drop by the BIC stand on the ground floor, Seef Mall, opposite Starbucks Café, open 7 days, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., or the BIC stand on the ground floor, Bahrain City Centre, opposite Gate 2, open 7 days, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

3.5. Fly to Paris with Gulf Air
If you are travelling to Paris on Gulf Air, it is important to note that we have moved from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2C at Paris Charles de Gaulle International Airport.
Silver and Gold Frequent flyer members can relax in the Salon Air France premium lounge situated near Gate C83 at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, and Blue members can also enjoy the comforts of the lounge when flying Business or First Class.
3.6. Update your contact details
Another important reminder for all our Frequent flyer members – we request you to update your contact details by logging in to your Frequent flyer account. This is to ensure we have your latest email address and phone number, so we can keep you up to date on all the latest news and get in touch with you regarding your travel bookings with us.
