Our effort to strive towards improving our customer service is still continued with the “Staff Appreciation Programme*”.
As a valued Falconflyer member, you can use the appreciation voucher to award any staff member that you deem worthy of your appreciation. Please feel free to hand out a voucher to any member of our staff that you feel exceeded your expectations from either Gulf Air or our Gulf Air handling agent.
This can be done at any stage of your travel journey, starting with booking your flight with our World Wide Call Centre agents to those who handle your post travel issues in Customer Care.
The nominated staff will be recognized for their exceptional service.
