Redeem your miles, upgrade at all airports to Falcon Gold
Travelling soon on a business trip or holiday? Why not try something different? Pamper yourself and experience the comforts of our Falcon Gold cabin whenever you are traveling with Gulf Air. Now, you can redeem your miles and upgrade to Falcon Gold at least two hours before departure.
Upgrade requests are valid on Gulf Air flights only and are subject to seat and meal availability. Just advise our staff at the check-in counters of your request, present your Falconflyer card and they will do the needful.
Terms and conditions:

The request to upgrade must be made from the Airport Duty Manager at least 2 hours before departure and it’s subject to seat and meal availability

Upgrade is also available for any of the pre-nominated family members traveling to the same destination with the member

Cancellation of additional benefits from Jet Airways
Effective 1st February 2012, Silver and Gold Falconflyer members traveling on Jet Airways can no longer avail any special benefits from Jet Airways. These include: lounge access, extra baggage allowance, priority baggage handling and First & Business Class Check-in facility. However, miles accrual and redemption will remain available.
Ceasing Partnership with Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts
We regret to announce that our partnership with Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts has been ceased. Members have up to 30th June 2012 to claim for stays completed on or before the 31st December, 2011.
