SiahJoo Tan joined Gulf Air in Oct 2008 as Director Corporate Development. He is an aircraft engineer by training and has worked in the Aviation industry for over 30 years. Before joining Gulf Air, SiahJoo has done a number of stints within the subsidiaries of the Singapore Airlines Group, notably SilkAir and SIA Engineering Company.
Divisions and Departments that he headed include Asset Management, Business Development, Corporate Planning, Engineering, Operations, Project Management and Technical.
SiahJoo graduated with a BSc in Aerospace Management from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia.
