Gulf Air, the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain recently celebrated the performance of 10 young Bahrainis working at the airline’s World Wide Call Center. The agents were awarded based on their extraordinary performance in 2013 during a ceremony attended by Gulf Air’s Acting CEO Mr. Maher Salman Al Musallam and members of the airline’s executive management.
Gulf Air’s Senior Manager of Customer Experience, Mrs. Kavita Al Jassim commented, “Gulf Air’s World Wide Call Center delivered a stellar performance in 2013 with annual sales up by over 12%, customer satisfaction levels at an all-time high and frequent flyer enrollment up by over 118%. This was achieved through the hard work of the entire call center team. There are always those who go the extra mile and I am delighted to be here today to honor the hard work and dedication of these ten top agents.”
Honored agents were awarded according to different categories, including highest sales, highest frequent flyer enrollment, reliable and consistent work, best team leader and best agent.
