Gulf Air, the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain celebrated its millionth passenger to/from Frankfurt in Germany. The lucky millionth passenger was travelling from Frankfurt to Bahrain. Mrs Eva Maria Mühleckschmidt was presented with complimentary 2 tickets to Dubai, in celebration of this significant milestone.
During the cake-cutting ceremony at Frankfurt International Airport, Gulf Air’s Commercial Manager in Germany Mr. Uwe Wriedt said, “It is very exciting to be celebrating our millionth passenger milestone. Gulf Air first launched its services to Frankfurt in early January 1988 and since then has come a long way. The route has grown to become one of our key European destinations and our on-board product has evolved considerably.”
