Mr. Hulaiwah started his career with Bahrain Stock Exchange in 1998 from where he moved to Bahrain Monetary Agency in 2002 as the Director of Governor’s office. He became the Director in the office of the Minister of Finance in 2005 and then moved to Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company as a key member of the start-up team when it was established.
As a member of the inception and start-up team, Mr. Hulaiwah was involved in a wide range of tasks such as drafting RFPs, development of the Organisation Structure, Corporate Governance issues and general administrative tasks. He was a key member of the task force that saw the formation of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company, Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company and the Howar Islands Development Company.
A business administration graduate from the University of Northumbria, UK, Mr. Hulaiwah earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde, UK.
