| • Is the itinerary you have found elsewhere for the same flight identical to the one you've purchased? |
| • Is the cheaper fare at least BHD 5.000 (USD 13.26 or equivalent amount in other currency) lower than the one you paid? |
| • Have you found the competing fare on a web site and NOT with a "physical" travel agent or call center? |
| • Are you sending the notification before midnight (local time in the city of origin of your trip) on the date of purchase? |
Please note that at a later stage you might be requested to provide proof of the cheaper quote in the form of a screenshot of the fare quote page in the competitor web site. Therefore we recommend you to take one and keep it for future reference. Here is how to take a screenshot:
- Under Windows pressing Ctrl+PrtScr a screen image will be copied to the clipboard you can then paste it in an email or you favourite text editor.
- Under Mac OS X pressing Apple+Shift+3 the screenshot will be saved as a new file on your desktop. You can then attach it to an email.
